Why I Started Project Clarity

Project Clarity was born from a personal experience.

I found myself involved in a dispute over a vehicle, facing conflicting explanations, repair reports, invoices, emails and a growing amount of paperwork.

What started as a straightforward problem became something far more complicated.

I spent countless hours going through documents, checking dates, comparing statements and trying to understand what the evidence actually showed.

The most frustrating part wasn’t simply the disagreement. It was not knowing whether I was looking at the situation objectively.

I wanted someone independent to examine the information, tell me what supported my account, identify what challenged it and point out anything I might have overlooked.

Not someone to automatically agree with me. Not someone to promise I would win. Just someone to help me see the complete picture.

That’s when the idea for Project Clarity began.

I realised other people might be experiencing the same uncertainty — whether they’re dealing with a garage, a tradesperson or a company that has provided conflicting information.

I created Project Clarity to help people turn confusing paperwork into a clearer, balanced understanding of their situation.

Our approach is simple: examine the available documents, organise the facts, identify inconsistencies, highlight missing information and present the findings in a structured report.

We don’t take sides, provide legal advice or predict outcomes.

We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to understand what their evidence does — and doesn’t — show.

Every dispute has two sides. Understand yours.
