Terms of Service

Draft for the pilot — to be reviewed by the business owner before real cases are accepted.

The service

Project Clarity provides an independent factual review of information you supply, resulting in a written report. It is not legal advice, legal representation, litigation or claims management, and it does not decide liability or predict outcomes.

Free pilot

During the pilot, accepted reviews are free. Places are limited and acceptance is at Project Clarity's discretion. No payment is taken.

Your responsibilities

  • Supply information you are entitled to share, and describe it honestly.
  • Download and keep your own copy of the report within the access period.
  • Seek advice from an appropriately qualified legal professional before making legal decisions.

Timing

The target is up to seven working days after acceptance and receipt of the agreed initial information. If substantial new evidence changes the scope, any revised timing will be explained in your portal.

Corrections

You may request correction of factual mistakes during the access period. Accepted corrections are issued as a new report version.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under consumer law, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
