• Larger default text and high-contrast colours.
• Full keyboard navigation with visible focus outlines, and a "skip to content" link.
• Plain-language instructions in the customer portal.
• Layouts that work on phones, tablets and computers.
• You can describe evidence in writing if uploading documents is difficult.
